Mia's Diet

Mia’s diet doesn’t seem healthy. She didn’t consume enough carbohydrates in three days. People should eat 300gr of carbohydrates each day. She only consume protein and fiber with less fats and calcium. If she doesn’t consume carbohydrates as much as the body needs each day (300gr), she won’t have enough energy to do her daily activity.
